Please join us for a hands-on cooking class in celebration of Wine Country Table, the new book* by beloved California wine country author Janet Fletcher.
Janet’s book is filled with stories and images of California farms and wineries focused on sustainability. She will share tales of her writing process and time spent with these producers, while leading the class in cooking several of the book’s 50 original recipes. It’s a menu just perfect for Spring.
You and your classmates will sit down to enjoy the dishes you’ve created together, paired with wines chosen for the occasion with care, along with non-alcoholic beverages.
