Cookbooks can be big sellers. Publishers still push out hundreds each year, with widely ranging subject matter and innovative, eye-catching designs. Whether you’re a food lover who lives to entertain, a food blogger hankering for a book deal, or a writer passionate about cooking, creating a cookbook can be satisfying and fun.
Cookbook writing coach and co-author Dianne Jacob will teach you how to establish a sellable idea, how to write and test a recipe that works, and what goes into writing a proposal for agents and editors. She’ll also cover self publishing.
