Special Guest Molly Stevens

Small plates and savory snacks are great for family suppers, entertaining and bringing along to festive potlucks, too! Join Molly Stevens, renowned cooking instructor and James Beard Award-winning author, for a hands-on class full of tips and techniques for cooks at every level.
Great home cooking results from building foundational skills and a collection of flexible recipes. This menu from Molly’s new book, All About Dinner*, will strengthen your repertoire: gorgeous Green Herb Oil will embellish our cozy Roasted Cauliflower Soup, as well as your future pastas and grilled vegetables; Chard and Onion Tart could be a fancy brunch centerpiece or simply dinner next Tuesday. Dilly Deviled Eggs might star at a cocktail party or wait in the fridge to be deployed, cool & protein-packed, as after school snacks. All are enticing everyday recipes to dress up for special occasions or pare down for simple weekday eating.
The evening will conclude around the dining table, sharing the meal you’ve cooked together with Molly and your classmates. Dinner will be served with selected wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages. Extra cookbooks will be available for signing and gift-giving.
