Julia not only loves cooking and writing about food, she also loves talking about it. She regularly travels for media appearances, to speak about her work, sit on panels, moderate conversations, and do cooking demonstrations around the country. She’s also the host of the podcast, Keep Calm and Cook On.
She sits on the Kitchen Cabinet Advisory Board for the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History, is a member of God’s Love We Deliver’s Culinary Council, and is the founder of Equity At The Table (EATT), an inclusive digital directory of women and non-binary individuals in food.
Julia lives in the Hudson Valley with her wife and pets.
