Join Beth Lee for an enriched bread baking extravaganza. You will bake and take home your very own full-sized loaf of Bubbe’s Challah!
Beth will guide you in making her go-to challah dough, then show you how to form various braids and knots for regular challah, round challah and rolls. We’ll stuff those Challah Rolls with sweet and savory fillings, including Apple and Honey, Apricot and Pistachio, vegetarian Roasted Tomato, Eggplant & Feta, and Beth’s Brisket (we’ll also share the brisket recipe so you can make it any time you like!).
Our filled challah rolls and a crisp Mediterranean Salad will become an abundant end-of-class lunch accompanied by curated wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages.
