Molly Stevens is a freelance cooking instructor, cookbook author, editor and recipe developer. She has been named Cooking Teacher of the Year by both Bon Appétit and the IACP, and was described in the New York Times Book Review as “a beautifully clear writer who likes to teach”.
Molly’s newest book, All About Dinner, sets out to remind us that dinner can be simple, packed with flavor, and a whole lot of fun. She is also known for her award-winning cookbooks All About Roasting and All About Braising, and her recipes and articles have regularly appeared in many national publications, including Fine Cooking, Bon Appétit, and Eating Well.
Classically trained in professional kitchens in France, Molly has directed programs and taught at the French Culinary Institute, New England Culinary Institute, and L’Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Burgundy, France and Venice, Italy. She continues to travel and teach cooking classes across the country. She lives near Burlington, Vermont with her husband and their dog Red.
